Our outdoor market sits between the Pannier Market hall and the Central car park. Outdoor pitches are available for occasional and regular traders.
Ask Adam about deals when booking multiple dates. Applications are subject to suitability and product availability.
Visiting Drovers Yard
Visit the indoor and outdoor stalls in one trip. From Broad Street, walk through the hall to reach Drovers Yard.
Open: Thursdays & Saturdays, 8:30am–1pm

A 3m × 3m pitch costs £15, with a gazebo, tables and chairs provided. Book occasional dates, a regular pitch, or ask about attending both days.
We welcome enquiries from new and established businesses. Tell Adam what you sell so he can check suitability and any overlap with existing stalls.

Access from 7am. Be ready to trade by 8:30am and keep your stall open until 1pm.
Vehicles cannot enter the outdoor market itself. Unload nearby; trolleys are usually available. Approach via Southley Road, EX36 4BL.
The hall opens for traders at 5am. Vehicles may enter to unload between 5am and 8am, and again after 1:30pm.
No vehicle access between those times. Set up by 8:30am and do not pack away before 1pm.
